Product and service scope
Brand Deal Buddy provides rate estimates, media workflow support, and human media services. We do not operate users' social media accounts, represent Threads, X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or their affiliates, or provide platform verification, traffic guarantees, deal guarantees, or official platform-backed data.
Requests we do not accept
We do not assist with unlawful activity, fraud, pyramid schemes, gambling, pornography, drugs, infringement, false advertising, fake engagement, follower manipulation, engagement inducement, harassment, account trading, identity circumvention, bypassing platform restrictions, or other promotion, outreach, or collaboration requests that violate applicable laws or platform rules.
Advertising & content responsibility
The party submitting a promotion request is responsible for ensuring that the product, service, and promotional claims are truthful and lawful, and for making advertising disclosures required by applicable law and platform rules. Regulated fields such as healthcare, finance, education, immigration, and recruiting should independently confirm licensing and disclosure requirements. Creators are responsible for having lawful rights to use the text, images, video, music, trademarks, and other materials they publish.
Collaboration and payment boundaries
Brand Deal Buddy currently does not hold, collect, or remit collaboration payments between brands and creators, and does not provide guarantees or refund commitments for third-party collaborations. Both parties should independently verify identities and confirm contracts, rates, deliverables, usage rights, invoicing, taxes, and cross-border payment arrangements. Any separate fee for human media services will be disclosed before the service begins.
Extension and platform rules
When using the Brand Deal Buddy extension and related tools, users must still follow applicable local laws and the terms of service and advertising policies of platforms such as Threads, X, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Brand Deal Buddy cannot control third-party platform reach restrictions, suspensions, content removals, interface changes, or policy changes, and does not guarantee against losses caused by them.
Review & complaints
Brand Deal Buddy may manually review media-service requests, creator program information, and user-submitted information, and may refuse to process content that is clearly non-compliant, misleading, or high-risk. If you find infringement, fraud, or other potentially unlawful activity, please use Contact us to submit a report. Where necessary, we may retain handling records and cooperate with regulators or judicial authorities acting with lawful authority.
